Using data obtained from cameras installed in “HOUSING & RENOVATION SHOWROOM” of Futako Tamagawa TSUTAYA ELECTRICS, Tsutaya Kaden Enterprise Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") we conduct careful analysis using customer attributes and behavioral data to thoughtfully consider ways in which the production process can lead to consistently better product development.

About the handling of information
- Camera image data and behavioral image data taken within our store area is processed into feature quantity data and pilot data and is ultimately translated into information such as customer attributes and a stay time per product. The original image data, feature quantity data, and pilot data are destroyed immediately after being processed and neither we, nor the exhibitors, are able to confirm this data.
- The image data, feature quantity data, and pilot data are not linked to T member information or any other customer information that we retain.
- Customer attributes, the stay time for each product, and other relevant information are further statistically processed, and this data is provided to exhibitors to be used for the development of the relevant product.
